Heat and fire resistance

euroclamp play a key role in fire prevention at home!
If you manufacture household and similar electrical appliances, you must use appropriate components!
Parts of non-metallic material must be resistant to ignition and spread of fire, in case they are exposed to high temperatures: in fact according to EN60335-1 standard (household and similar electrical appliances - safety) parts of insulating material are subjected to the GLOW-WIRE TEST of IEC60695-2-11.

They meet the requirements of sub-clause 30.2.3 of standard EN60335-1:2002 + A1:2004 + A11:2004 + A12:2006 + A2:2006 taking into account the requirements of IEC/EN60695-2-11, as shown on test report number 02SJ00032.
Ask your current suppliers if their products do the same.

Don’t forget: if you need Glow Wire Test compliant terminal blocks, always specify “GWT” on your purchase orders.
